ON-LINE SCHEDULING

STEP 1.  Complete and submit the  forms from the "On-Line Forms" accessible from the Home Page).

STEP 2.  If you would like to schedule an appointment you can call our office at 801-501-0100.

STEP 3.  Your consultation will take place in our offices.  If you wish to file your bankruptcy case at that time, you must pay the filing fee ($299 for a chapter 7 or $274 for a Chapter 13). The balance of your fee in a Chapter 7 Case will be payable within about thirty days of filing.  The cost of a Chapter 13 Case is incorporated in and paid through your Chapter 13 Plan.  It is not necessary for you to pay attorney fees out-of-pocket in a Chapter 13 case.
