We have included certain forms on this site for you to complete. We will utilize the information you provide to evaluate your case with you and to prepare the forms and schedules required by law. The more thoroughly you complete the forms, the better able we are to evaluate your options at the time of your initial consultation, and accurately prepare your case for filing.
STEP 1. COMPLETE ON-LINE FORMS 1 THROUGH 6, AND EITHER E-MAIL US THE COMPLETED FORMS BY CLICKING THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH FORM OR PRINT THEM AND BRING THEM TO YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION.

STEP 3. CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY IN OUR OFFICES. AT YOUR OFFICE CONSULTATION, WE WILL DISCUSS YOUR CASE WITH YOU, REVIEW ALL BANKRUPTCY SOLUTIONS AVAILABLE TO YOU, AND PREPARE FOR YOU WITH YOUR ASSISTANCE, ALL ADDITIONAL FORMS REQUIRED BY THE BANKRUPTCY COURT. IN MOST CASE, YOU WILL SIGN YOUR FINAL PAPERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE OUR OFFICES.
