USING ON-LINE FORMS TO PREPARE YOUR CASE

Under Federal Bankruptcy Laws, you are required to disclose detailed information regarding your debts, assets, financial transactions, budget, and numerous other information as part of the bankruptcy process.  We have included certain forms on this site for you to complete.  We will utilize the information you provide to evaluate your case with you and to prepare the forms and schedules required by law.  The more thoroughly you complete the forms, the better able we are to evaluate your options at the time of your initial consultation, and accurately prepare your case for filing.

STEP 1.   COMPLETE ON-LINE FORMS 1 THROUGH 6, AND EITHER E-MAIL US THE COMPLETED FORMS BY CLICKING THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH FORM OR PRINT THEM AND BRING THEM TO YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION.  

(If you do not wish to complete the on-line forms, or if you must file immediately and do not have time to complete the forms, simply schedule an appointment with our offices, bring all of your creditor data with you, and we will prepare the forms for you while you wait with your assistance.)

STEP 2.  SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH OUR OFFICES BY CONTACTING OUR OFFICES OR SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT ON LINE; ALTERNATIVELY, UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR E-MAIL, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO REACH YOU BY TELEPHONE OR E-MAIL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOU.

ONLINE SCHEDULER NOW AVAILABLE. You can now schedule your own appointment online after you have submitted Form No. 1 (Client Questionnaire).  Details for scheduling an appointment on line are outlined on the online scheduling page.

STEP 3.    CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY IN OUR OFFICES.  AT YOUR OFFICE CONSULTATION, WE WILL DISCUSS YOUR CASE WITH YOU, REVIEW ALL BANKRUPTCY SOLUTIONS AVAILABLE TO YOU, AND PREPARE FOR YOU WITH YOUR ASSISTANCE, ALL ADDITIONAL FORMS REQUIRED BY THE BANKRUPTCY COURT.  IN MOST CASE, YOU WILL SIGN YOUR FINAL PAPERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE OUR OFFICES.
